Certified Nursing Assistant
The Johns Hopkins Hospital The Pediatric Emergency Department is a regional referral center for pediatric trauma and burn for patients until they are over 15 years. The staff cares for patients from birth to their 22nd birthday including a wide range of illness and injuries including many subspecialties-oncology, GI, cardiac, neuro, neuro-surgery, hematology, infectious disease, general surgery, orthopedics, psychiatry and others.
Shifts: 8 hour evening shifts; weekend work required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a certified training course for Nursing Assistants required
- Active Maryland Nursing Assistant Certification is required
- Active and valid CPR certification required upon hire
- Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience
