Job Description

Home Care Assistant Administrator

Cedar Crest, an Erickson Living CCRC located in Pompton Plains, NJ, is looking for a Home Care Assistant Administrator for our growing Home Health and Private Duty agency.  The Home Care Assistant Administrator is responsible for managing the day to day operations for our Home Care agency. 

How you will make an impact:

  • Work with the Home Care Administrator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Agency policies and procedures. 
  • Review and analyze financial management, participate in planning, developing and maintaining the operating budget
  • Participate in quality improvement programs; continuously evaluating and improving processes, systems, and work flows in partnership with the corporate team.  Evaluates systemic problems and develops action plans to address them. 
  • Address compliance, complaint and staff/patient grievances and reports them according to policy.
  • Foster effective teamwork among the Agency’s staff and community’s management team to ensure high quality service and care.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Private Duty, Home Health, Healthcare or Senior Living
  • Previous supervisory experience
