**Reports to: Charge Nurse, Director of department and CNO**
High School graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience
**Experience** **: One year experience in acute rehab or hospital setting**
**Licenses/Certifications:CNA with Florida license, BLS**
High School or better in GED
**Licenses & Certifications**
L-FL- Cert Nurse Asst
C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
1 years: Experience: Clinical experience in a certified nursing assistant program with at least 1 year CNA work experience in an acute care setting.
Certification with the state of Florida
