Our Home Health is seeking an experienced LVN. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Quitman/Mineolaarea where you will be responsible for:
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Observe, record and report to the Registered Nurse on the general physical and mental condition of the client. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care
  • Prepare and complete clinical notes and submits them according to Agency standards
  • Prepare equipment for treatments
  • Assist clients with ADL's and includes appropriate self-care
  • Participate in team conferences, client care audits and other committees as requested
  • Details:

    So what experience are we looking for in our LVNs
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently registered with the State Board of Nurse Examiners
    • Minimum of one (1) year institution experience
    • Currently licensed as an LVN by the State of Texas
    • Current CPR Healthcare Provider
