Job Description

The primary roles of this position are to assist client in daily activities in the home. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Being at the home while client is home to ensure her safety and need for assistance can be addressed immediately; suggesting and doing activities that the client desires that have cognitive benefits.Manage calendar with all relevant appointments, being aware of important dates (ie birthday and anniversaries that require participation or gift purchasing).Manage medicine supply; ensure a complete 2 month supply of all medicine on hand at all times.Be accountable for tasks that need to completed (blood pressure monitoring, knee PT exercises, medication administration, etc).Attend appointments when needed to take notes, and carry out follow-up steps.Facilitate vendor access to the home; provide updates and follow-ups steps.Keep the house fully stocked of all supplies, groceries and maintain back stock on frequently used items.Prepare items to travel with the family before their trips including all medicines, supplements, groceries.Track and organize all receipts monthly.
Requirements:Full time, salary DOE, medical benefitsOutside of standard business hours, a high level of responsiveness is required to address urgent matters as they arise.Vacation Policy: TBDThis position must have their own vehicle.This position requires strong character, confidence, work ethic, critical thinking skills, the ability to problem solve, work independently.This position must establish and maintian a connection with the primary client/patient.Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider RN or CNA.
